Shipping

All our products are shipped to you from our warehouses in a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be delayed by 2-3 days beyond our usual lead times. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@alouera.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
